Evolution

"Spreading our genes" - basic and most fundamental issue as we have evolved and adapted to our world one urge drives us all. Or so this is what is said. (I think it is funny, Freud would laugh evolutionary psychology backs you up... everything is about sex).

Asked the question of whether you want a long enjoyable self- fulfilling life with out leaving progeny, or a maybe short less colorized, maybe honest, leaving progeny rich in genetic backup?

Hum... don't think I have the intention of providing my genes to the universe... what would it really gain, from me?

why should the progeny-lifepath be less colorized? i think i get what you mean because i have dwelled on this subject a couple of times (and have come up to the 'conclusion' i have no idea which road to take on that matter).

i'm also still to find out what does the universe really gain from any of us, so i guess that makes you equally valuabe in that sense :P your genes are no less significant in the genetic pool and who knows what evolutions they might help to provide? when it comes to genes maybe it's more a question of bigger picture than anything else and probably there isn't much room for the 'I' part, in terms of value.
can this make any sense at all? i wish i knew. lol

kisses :) *** [ ] love u more
